Usage License

Products: The products we offer are for personal use only, unless otherwise specified. The designs, trademarks, and copyrights associated with our products remain the property of StarryC Designs, LLC and/or its licensors. No right, title, or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying.

Restrictions: You may not use the products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In addition, you must not modify, sell, or redistribute our products without our explicit written consent.

Order Process

Custom Orders: For custom orders, please provide all necessary details and specifications. We will confirm your order details via email before beginning production.

Production Time: Production times may vary. We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order. Changes and Cancellations: Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not commenced.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policies: We ship to addresses within the US. Shipping costs and delivery times are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of order. Delivery Issues: StarryC Designs is not responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping. Issues such as lost or damaged items should be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.

 

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or if there was an error on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to qualify for a return or exchange.

Refunds: Eligible for defective products or errors on our part. Refunds will be processed in the same method of payment used for the purchase.

Limitation of Liability

StarryC Designs will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or services.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
